Ultimate Casement and Awning Collection
Revolutionary and versatile, Marvin’s Ultimate Casement is an innovative reinvention of the casement window. Both practical and beautiful, the Ultimate Casement can be used in nearly any new construction, remodeling or replacement application.
- Qualify for the WDMA’s CW rating even at maximum casement sizes 36"x 96" and 40"x 92", awnings to 72”x72”.
- Heavy-duty hardware system provides incredible durability and enables awnings to easily operate in sizes as large as 72"x 72".
- Meet all ENERGY STAR requirements. Standard insulating glass units with one-lite Low E II with argon insulating glass achieve a U-factor of .30, and 1" HiR Tripane units achieve U-factors as low as .24.
- Meet egress requirements at small sizes.
- Flush sash with a narrow 2 3/16" jamb or recessed sash with full 4 9/16" jamb.
- Factory applied jamb extensions and factory mulling available.
The Ultimate Casement Collection comes with a wide range of options. A revolutionary wash mode provides access to both sides of the window from indoors, reducing cleaning challenges and costs. 
Ultimate Double Hung Magnum Windows
Marvin’s Ultimate Double Hung Magnum Windows combine commercial grade windows with architectural appeal. These windows are easy to install and operate, even at unexpectedly large sizes.
- Fit oversized openings of up to 5' x 10'.
- Sight lines and profiles match Marvin’s family of double hung products.
- Prepped for field-applied stool and apron.
- Offered in rectangular, polygon and round top shapes, available with HiR Tripane.
- Options include interior energy panel, ogee lugs, custodial locking hardware.
- Visible wood jamb to the interior of the jamb carrier system.
- Adjustable, commercial grade spiral balance systems that meet AAMA 902-99 Class 5 specification.
- WDMA certified up to H-C50 and meet U-factor of .31 with one-lite Low E II with argon insulating glass.
- Available with HiR Tripane glazing for enhanced energy efficiency.
Tilt Turn & Hopper
With superior ventilation and easy maintenance, the versatile Tilt Turn window is dual functioning - with swing in and tilt capabilities. One handle controls both swing and vent operations. Handle placement can be specified and the tilt-in Hopper can be used as a ventilating transom.
- Unique design allows for emergency exit access and easy cleaning.
- Features multi-point locking system with optional keyed handle and security locks.
- Available in Standard, Simulated Double Hung and Hopper designs with standard 2 13/32" and 4 9/16" jambs
- Meet commercial performance standards.

Commercial Doors
Durably constructed to handle the demands of commercial use, Marvin’s Commercial Doors are available in clad, wood or 16 gauge primed steel frame. Operating door panels come standard with no lock or bore and factory applied jamb extensions can be applied.
- Optional commercial hardware package includes: closers, rim device, mortise locks, removable mullions, and kick plate all with various finish options.
- Three low profile sill options are available: 1/2" saddle, 1/4" saddle, or offset, all with three finish options.
- Available with 1 3/4" panels or 2 1/4" panels. Additional options include raised or flat panels, or an intermediate rail.
- Ball-bearing hinges available in Satin, Chrome, Bronze and Brass finishes.
- Stationary panels and side lites are available.
