Marvin 101
This seminar covers the basics of Marvin and Integrity products. Participants receive factory tours as well as training on quoting and pricing; 4-day class typically runs Monday through Thursday. This class is designed for distributors and dealers and has a sales emphasis.

Dealer Tour
Product features and benefits are highlighted on this 2 1/2-day event that includes a factory tour and quoting/pricing training. Early or late arrival/departures available. 

Contractor Tour
A popular 1 1/2-day event, it combines factory tours and classroom training, and is focused on contractor needs and related benefits of Marvin and Integrity products. Early or late arrival/departures available.

Architectural Tour
Geared toward architects, this tour highlights Marvin and Integrity products, as well Marvin Signature Products and Services for residential and commercial applications. One-day or 1 1/2-day tours available. Early or late arrival/departures available. Architects that desire AIA credits will receive five credits for the factory tour. Additionally two credits can be obtained if a Cardinal Glass Tour is requested or two or four credits if a Minneapolis walking architectural tour is requested. The Cardinal or Minneapolis Architectural tours must be in conjunction with the Marvin Architectural Warroad Tour. Note: Cardinal and Walking Architectural Tours will require a longer stay. Field Service
An in-depth training on window and door troubleshooting that includes a factory tour. This seminar usually runs Wednesday through Friday and it is a prerequisite for Certification Training.

Certification Training
This three-part event features 4 days at Marvin's Warroad, MN facility, one week at Marvin's Ripley, TN facility and a one-on-one training session. Successful completion of Field Service training and pre-approval by Marvin Tours and Training are required for admission. It is strongly recommended that participants have at least one year of service experience after Field Service training before taking Certification Training.

Advanced Training
Advanced window and door topics are presented by leading industry representatives, such as Cardinal Glass, Valspar, and Sapa. So that a participant's specific needs may be addressed, participants have the opportunity to select some of their classes from several options. This event includes training on the Marvin Design System, as well as window installation and troubleshooting, a competitive overview, a Q&A session with Marvin Product Planning, and a factory tour highlighting recent manufacturing changes. Marvin 101 is a prerequisite for Advanced Training. It is strongly recommended that participants have at least one year of experience in the fenestration industry prior to attending Advanced Training.

Installation Training
This 2-day training event covers window and door installation and includes a factory tour. This event is usually held Monday and Tuesday. Pre-approval by Marvin Tours and Training is required for admission.

Integrity Training
This training event focuses on the Integrity product line. Both Wood-Ultrex® and All-Ultrex® are covered in detail. Contractors will receive 1 1/2-days of training while dealers will receive 2 1/2-days training which includes pricing sessions.

Marvin/Integrity Contractor or Architect Tour
This 1 1/2-day tour puts equal emphasis on the Marvin and Integrity lines, both Wood-Ultrex® and All-Ultrex® . Marvin manufacturing tours are included with this tour.

Marvin/Integrity Dealer Tour
This tour puts equal emphasis on the Marvin and Integrity lines and includes quoting and pricing training.

Marvin Ultra-Luxury Residential Builder/Architectural Tour
This 1 1/2-day tour focuses on the products and services often encountered in high-end and exclusive residential projects. Emphasis on Marvin Signature Products and Services. Marvin Entry Doors and speciality options for aesthetic and performance enhancement.

Integrity Service Training
This 2-day Integrity-focused service course featuring Integrity Windows and Doors covers both All Ultex® and Wood-Ultrex®. Common service issues and fixes will be covered along with field-mulling, door adjustments and proper installation overview.

Service Support Strategies
This 3-day event is designed to meet the growing needs and challenges facing the service professional. It will provide them with an opportunity to acquire new skills and further develop their existing skills. Topics to be covered include industry leading initiatives: quality, jobsite safety, customer relations, installation, building science, jobsite photo documentation and legal issues.

New Training and Visitor Center

Marvin Tours and Training events are hosted in the new Wm. S. Marvin Training and Visitor Center. The 30,000 square foot facility includes state of the art training rooms  and a 6,000 square foot museum with artifacts and interactive presentations on the history of Marvin Windows and Doors.
AIA Continuing Education

Marvin is an AIA/CES Continuing Education Provider and many Marvin AIA presentations count toward AIA health/safety/welfare requirements.
