Attention to detail was important as the owners of this 1980’s house wanted to completely update the exterior appearance. A new roof structure was built over the existing and along with the addition of numerous other architectural elements it appears to be a new home. New windows and patio doors throughout were custom sized by Marvin to replace the original units. Lighter colored exterior materials completed the transformation. Energy efficient HVAC systems were added.
