In this role, you will receive supportive, hands-on training to set you up for success. This is a physical job, so plan on being active throughout the day as you build windows by hand or operate modern technology. Each day, you and your team will collaborate to meet production goals.
This position is all about monitoring, calibrating, and problem solving to ensure machinery and systems are working efficiently. You will likely use multiple software platforms to support day-to-day operations. You are part of a hands-on team, keeping systems running while ensuring safety.
From troubleshooting to repairs, you are often the first line of defense in our manufacturing facility. You will help survey and maintain equipment and systems throughout the facility. Together, you and your team will partner to find and develop solutions to support the operation.
