A Walk in the Clouds

House Beautiful shared the story of a house demonstrating that white does not equal boring. A Houston couple had a vision for a simplistic, mostly white interior, and designer Marie Flanagan rose to the challenge to keep it interesting. What the design lacked in color, it made up for in texture — velvet, marble, brick, and more. A wall of dark-interior Marvin windows create bold contrast against the white and provide the perfect frame for the view beyond.
